5 things to try in KooBits Science today

With so many features, new KooBits Science users might not know where to start.

To help you make the most out of it, below are 5 things you can try today:

Use Daily Challenge To Build Habits

Daily Challenge gives your child consistent exposure to science topics.

The more familiar they are with the questions, the more they can remember the keywords and concepts. This Challenge consists of only 5 questions.

It’s a quick and easy way to build momentum and learn proper scientific terms.

Use Mission to learn specific concepts

Use Mission to revise or learn new concepts specific to a topic of your choice.

You have access to the full P3-P6 syllabus. Jump a level to challenge your child, or go back a level to revisit concepts taught in school.

Clarify Misconceptions During Exams

Watch KooClass videos to help clarify common misunderstandings.

For example, some children might assume spiders belong to the insect group. So we clear the confusion with the video “Are spiders insects?”. This information might not be taught directly in school.

Have Fun With Science

Use StoryScience to relax and get your child’s creative juices flowing.

Bonus points if you watch and join in the fun! As they read StoryScience, see if they can spot science concepts at play.

Recommended Use For Best Results

We recommend at least 20 minutes of learning on KooBits Science.

Breaking up learning into bite-sized sessions helps kids internalise the concepts.

You can “warm up” with Daily Challenge. Or do more targeted practice on specific topics in Mission.

If your child is curious to learn more, explore our KooClass lessons to reinforce keywords and clarify misconceptions.

All features above can be used by your child on their own. No supervision needed. The only thing required is the desire to learn every day!
